Automated Messages and Emails
You will be receiving messages regarding your opt-in confirmation, booking confirmation, and appointment reminders. Apart from this you will not receive any automated messages or emails.
Unsubscribe
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To cancel the appointment, simply text “Cancel” to the shortcode and you will receive a confirmation regarding your cancelled appointment.

Delayed Messages
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message Frequency
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 4 messages: 3-5 prior to the appointment and one each upon opt-in and appointment reschedule/cancel. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
